Best Laid Plans

It has been two weeks now since I last did a full work out. I have the motivation and want to do it I just keep hurting myself. Plus with work, with it's required 8 hours on my feet, my knees are so sore. I get plenty of walking in during work since after 9 o'clock the store is dead and walking is easier on my body than just standing in place. But I don't feel like I'm sticking to this plan very well. I need to just start working out each day when i get up. That is the only way this is going to work. Overall I am feeling good about everything.
