Holy crap

First off, sorry I haven't updated in awhile. I will do a proper update soon. But for the purpose of this post tonight:

I just finished a workout for the first time in 2 months, since the last shoulder injury. It was a simple yet powerful abdominal workout. I realized the other day between the injuries and work my abs are disappearing. So I am working on my abs. Well anyway in the course of this workout I found out my shoulder can support me again. That is amazing.
