New experiment
I am starting a new experiment. A few days ago I found an article about bi-modal sleep. In it the claim was made that our bodies are better equipped to a sleep which is split. Eight hours straight is not how our bodies want to sleep. Splitting the sleep into two four hour blocks with a couple hours of relaxation between is better for our bodies.
I haven't been sleeping well for a while. I have decided to try bi-modal sleep for the next few weeks to see how it helps. Or if it helps.
