The hip: an update

One week, two doctor's appointments, two xrays, and an eight day prednisone taper.

I'm still hurting. I've taken to walking stairs a few times a day for about half an hour each time and twice a week rowing as my cardio. This of course is combined with my three days a week yoga and pilates. With everything I'm still in pain.

Doctor is convinced it's an IT band issue but nothing conclusive yet. I have an appointment with the ortho guys next week to see if they have any other ideas. So far my half marathon training is on hold.
