Starting over in November

The No Excuses NOvember has officially started.

Today I'm choosing to start the decluttering process. This means organizing and clearing out the closet again. Everything will have a home by the end of the month.

Along with the physical decluttering of my space, I'm decluttering my mental space. This means sticking to a schedule of work, school, and personal well-being. No more crappy food; which for me means limiting the gluten. No more sleeping in just because I can. No more TV after 9pm. Reading and 5am runs are going to be a normal thing. And the big one - no more complaining. Frustrating days will end with boxing classes instead of complaints.

In the end, I will set a schedule and stick to it. Pen in the planner type schedule. This is not about losing weight or anything of the sort. This is about ending the year in a better place than I've been for years. Anything that I don't like and can change will be met with change and not excuses. To keep me accountable, I will write in this blog and use instagram to record short messages to myself. I can't say it will be daily but that's the goal.

Here's to a great NOvember
