Aaaah my abs

My abs are killing me and it's not helping the stomach ache I have. This diet is doing something to my body. I did not sleep well last night. I felt nauseous, bloated, and like my stomach was going to explode. But my abs are tight and are on there way to looking awesome. Now to just get the fat off that is covering them...
