Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 10
Last day of the Fiber Drink! That by itself is the best thing ever.
Now I'm officially down 4 pounds and 7 inches all over. I haven't been eating as well as I could have and I'm paying for it with some bloating. Going forward into the next 14 days, I'm eating better.
My hip is doing a lot better and I think I'll be able to really start training again. I'm going to add another half marathon to my schedule for the end of May. Delaware is holding it's first half marathon the last evening of May. It should be a great time and give a nice variation in elevation for a challenge. Granted the half is two loops of the quarter marathon distance and I could come up with a better half marathon loop through town but it will be a cool thing to run. And hopefully it's a success and can continue for years to come.
I'll post another update in a couple days with more details about the challenge and about the half marathon.
