Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 2

So I'm technically posing this on day 3 but I also haven't gotten out of bed yet so day 3 hasn't officially started.

Day 2 I tried really hard not to weigh myself. I made it to 7pm. Down a pound and a half but I think that was from the early morning bathroom visits. I won't go into detail but those fiber drinks go right through me.

I ate fairly well all day. But the food part won't be hard for me as I already eat healthy and I can't have much dairy (lactose allergy). I did manage a short run before lunch. I'm under orders to ease back into my training so for the next few weeks I'm not planning anything huge and I will definitely be paying real close attention to how my hip it's feeling.

That's all I have for now. Time to start day 3.
