My Abs...

are starting to make their glorious return, as is the definition in my legs and arms. I'm still jiggly all over, but there is some major toning going on. I'm loosing inches all over which is amazing. I may not have lost the five pounds last week that I wanted (made lost 2.5lbs) but I lost a total of five inches at various points on my body.

After resting the last couple days, my thigh is still sore, but I couldn't take another day off from working out. So this morning I did the Self workout again. This time making sure to be careful and not pull the muscle anymore. It's still sore, especially when I walk, but I made it through the workout. I concentrated on my abs and upper body more than normal when doing this workout to make up for the reduction in the lower body. My shoulders are sore, but nothing like my thigh. So far though, I'm feeling great. So great actually, I'm planning on doing some stairs after dinner.
