Sick?

Monday while I was working out, I felt a tingle in my throat. I just attributed it to needing a drink. As the day wore on, my throat started getting sore. I took some liquid silver and a vitamin C hoping I wasn't getting sick. Yesterday I felt like crap all day, so I took it easy and just walked around town a bit. Nothing to long or strenuous. I felt I was definitely getting sick. Today again same as yesterday. I slept most of the day today and when that wasn't helping, I decided to just get up and get started on work that needed to get done. As I got more active I started feeling better. After dinner I felt like crap again, but also like I needed to move. I just finished another round of the Self workout and now I feel fine. A little throat issue, but overall I feel normal again. Maybe my body is trying to tell me that I need to workout everyday as planned? It's actually liking this workout. My knees and thighs are starting to feel better when I work out, so that means there's definitely something going on with my body. Also all my pants and baby doll tees fit better now. I realize this evening, I'm losing back fat. This makes me so excited. More than almost anything else.

                       Lunch - Peanut Butter and Raspberry Jam Sandwich
                       Dinner - Turkey Burger with Fries
                       Desert - 1/4 Baked Apple with Honey Drizzle
