Well Crap
I haven't worked out since Saturday. I'm still recovering from the pulled muscle in my back that occurred Saturday afternoon. It actually hurts to walk at times. I have been watching what I eat though in the mean time. Tomorrow I'm going to try and get a work out in before I go to work at 10:00. At the very least I'm going to do my twenty minute core training. I'm just hoping I get up in time for work, otherwise that would be really bad.
