Broken
I know I haven't updated in a couple days. My last workout was Friday. I did the Self workout again. This time it wasn't as hard as before. Unfortunately, I may have actually done some serious damage this time. My outer thigh is in serious pain. I can't walk really well because of it. I have to be careful how I move my leg as it causes pain from my knee to my hip. At first I thought it was just a knot, so I started to massage it, but that just made it worse and there wasn't a knot. It's not torn, I know that, but it's definitely over worked. Today will be another day off from the workout. I need to recover.
I did not reach the five pounds lost goal this week, but I figured that would probably happen since I'm prone to injuring myself. This week will probably be the last week of this having to stop for days to recover. Now I really need to start watching exactly what I'm eating. Massive diet changes need to occur.
