Added New Workout

The workout I normally do is Turbo Jam. It's a great core strengthening workout. But I need something to work off my thighs. I received my daily Women's Health email the other day and was excited. Included was a link for a workout to get you into your skinny jeans. Three times a week will tone and get you into those thin jeans. I've done it now for two days and damn. It really works your butt, thighs, calves, and abs. It's a great lower body workout. It's also really low impact for those with bad knees. Everything can be altered slightly for comfort and fitness level.

There is only one move that I find almost impossible, and it happens to be the first one. It just proves I don't have the abdominal strength for it. In it's place I do a half-seated bicycle leg lift. It's easier and I'm still using the same muscles. Eventually I'll do the leg circle.

As for the Special K Challenge, I've fallen off it. I'm starting it again today from the beginning and this time I'm sticking with it. I have to. I need this weight gone.
