Recovering

I should workout today since it is on my schedule to do so. Due to the pain in my left knee, I'm taking today off. I will be doing some walking so I won't be a complete sloth. Tomorrow it will be another day of the Self magazine workout.

Yesterday was a huge calorie day. I went way over my 1200 target. But I don't regret it. I had an amazing cupcake and milkshake. Dinner was crab cakes yesterday and unfortunately they were all filler. I guess I might have to start making them myself. I pay the price for them because I want crab in the crab cake I am eating.

This morning's weight in was not good. Gained a pound but I am also bloted and that might be contributing. I have noticed that in just three days I've lost inches around my waist, hips, and chest. My clothes fit better than before. As much as I would like to hit close to 130 pounds I'll be fine with getting down to a dress size 6.
