Cardio Party

I wanted to do yesterday's workout again to day, but due to the pain in my left knee, I needed something a little lower impact. Also, I need just cardio for now as I don't need to build anymore muscle. I just need to work off the fat covering my awesome muscles. So this morning I went back to an old standby, Tubro Jam "Cardio Party." There is some muscle toning, but when done low impact, it becomes almost completely just cardio.

Yesterday I did really well food wise. Lots of protein and good carbs. Total caloric intake: 1135. Just under my 1200 minimum goal. I had planned on having another snack around 21:00 since I'm up until 02:00 each night. But that didn't happen. I actually wasn't hungry for once late at night. Weight at 21:00 : 185.0 lbs. Total calories burned : 375.

This morning I was up at 09:00 right when my alarm went off. I didn't get to sleep last night until closer to 03:30 and I'm still in shock that I woke up when I did. All this exercise is paying off. I haven't had a nap since Friday (I blame that nap on the fact that I think I'm fighting a cold). This morning's weight at 11:00 : 184.4. Total calories burned this morning : 342. I'm well above my daily calories burned target of 220. Three more days until the weekly goal weigh in. At this pace, I should meet this week's weight goal.
