Weight Loss

Last night ended well, food wise. Did end up drinking too much and not going to bed until nine o'clock this morning. Haven't eaten much today as a result of the night of drinking. But today's food is:

Breakfast Chocolate chip pancake and two sausage links
Dinner Pasta with sausage and vegetables

I drank three bottles of water for about 6 cups total. I'm still not completely rehydrated, but I'm getting there.
