Update!

As of this morning, I am officially the lightest I have been in three years at 179 pounds. I celebrated by eating really well today. A peach for breakfast with some hot tea set me on my way to a good food day. I did not workout again today. I haven't in three days since I'm still healing from Wednesday. I might have actually done some damage to my abs since it hurts to move at times. Lunch today was some seasoned noodles (whole wheat fettuccine with olive oil and Italian seasoning) and water. Water has become my go to drink, especially when I add some fruit oils to add a little flavor. Dinner was not as good as it could have been, but I wanted something quick so I sacrificed. Pizza rolls are sometimes the only way to kill a craving, since it only takes five to do so.

Yesterday and last night I did really well. Lunch was a piece of left over chicken parm from the night before with a salad. For dinner, I split a Greek pizza from California Pizza Kitchen with a friend of mine. Since we are both lactose intolerant, we had it made without mozzarella cheese and opted for the vegetarian option of substituting avocado for the chicken. Calorie wise it was quite low which allowed for the late night beers I had with friends.

Overall the accomplishment of being this light has been a fun journey and should be celebrated some more. I'm thinking a nice baked pear with dark chocolate drizzle.
