Weight Loss: Take 2

During my time in New York, I lost ten pounds (191 to 181). I didn't really watch what I ate, but I did eat mostly raw foods. The bulk of the weight came off due to the amount of walking I did each day. Also, I was never starving. Health snacks are your friend. After returning home, I slipped back into my old habits and, in just a week, gained back eight pounds. I wanted to cry.

After spending the last month hovering right at 187 and feeling constantly bloated, I made the decision to change everything. Soon I will financially be stable, something that has never happened in my working life, allowing stress to be lifted. With the financial stability I'm going to reach the goal of 150 by my birthday (January 10) through a combination of programs.

I've started heavily tracking, via an Andriod app, everything I eat each day. I've coupled that with the Special K Challenge to get things kicked off correctly. In just a week, I am down to 183. At the end of the two weeks of the Special K Challenge, I will start back on the Body by Vi 90 day challenge, and kick it all into high gear.

I will start posting daily what I'm eating, why I'm eating it, my mood when I eat it, and how it makes me feel after I finish. I will also update the amount of water I drink as well as all exercise I do. This is going to work. I will reach my goal and find my body that I have in my head; shedding the body I see in the mirror.
