Finally

I'm finally getting my life together. I feel it's time to get moving on my life and do what I want to do. Law school is a go, as I have a school that has been recruiting me for the last year and I have a great shot at getting in. Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to go for the spring semester like they want me. So I have to figure out something to do in the mean time.

Financially everything is set, or will be in the next couple weeks. I'll still be behind a little for a couple months, but nothing that can't be made up quickly. I just have to get a job to actually pay what I will still be behind on. Once again, I am filling out job applications. This week is an application for a "New Media Specialist" at my alma mater. It's a position within admissions and as such I would also be a "Director of Admissions." That means on top of the new media work (social networking, blogging, etc), the job includes the normal recruitment aspect of most of the employees of the admissions department. It's a huge job that should really be split into two positions, but I'm up for the challenge.

Next week will be finalizing the application packet for substitute teaching. It's a big packet of papers that have to be filled out. Plus all the extra things that need to be paid for (license, background check, copies, etc) that I can't do at the moment. It's going to be a long end of month...
