Weight Loss Tracking

Today has been good so far, especially in terms of food. I have opted to keep things light because tonight is going to be a big dinner. I'm trying to make up for the lack of sleep yesterday, which is causing me to want to sleep more than anything. I don't want to take a nap, but I may have to. My overall mood has been very good, and I'm eating only when I start to get hungry.

Today's food:
Breakfast 1 cup Yoplait light strawberry yogurt
Lunch 2 cups homemade coleslaw (special completely vegan/raw recipe)
Snack 1 Quaker Oats Chewy peanut butter and chocolate chip granola bar

Dinner will be fajitas with drinks. It's going to be a fun end to this day.
