90 Day Challenge
Today marks my official start on the Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge. Ninety days from now puts the end to this at Dec 18. If I do everything I have planned, I will be at my target weight in that time. This will be a challenging few months. But I'm tired of this weight. It has to go now. And since I don't have the money for cosmetic surgery, this is the way it's going to have to be done. I will keep this blog updated as I go through this. If anyone wants to join me, let me know in the comments.
Update 10:39 : Finished a 20 minute high intensity cardio workout, burning about 204 calories. I weighed in at 185. It's going to be a good week.

- Breakfast - 1/2 cup of Multi Grain Cheerios with 1/4 cup 2% milk
- Lunch - 2 thin slices turkey breast, 1 slice sharp cheddar cheese, on a whole grain tortilla with spicy brown mustard
- Snack 1 - 15 wheat thin crisps
- Dinner - 1/2 tuna salad sandwich with minestrone soup
- Snack 2 - 2 Philsbury Grands biscuits with homemade jam
End of day weight : 184.8 lbs.
